Get Ready to Raise a Glass — Great Taste of the Midwest Returns

One of the best beer festivals in the country is back! Great Taste of the Midwest, the second longest-running craft beer festival in North America, hits Olin Park in Madison on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 1–6 PM.

Every year, around 200 breweries and brewpubs roll in, pouring more than 1,400 beers — all against a gorgeous lakeside backdrop. Whether you’re after a bold IPA, a crisp lager, or a gluten-free brew, there’s something here to make your tastebuds dance.

🎟 How to snag your tickets:

  • In-person sales kick off Sunday, May 4 at noon at these Madison spots:

    • Delta Beer Lab (167 E Badger Rd)

    • Giant Jones Brewing (931 E Main St)

    • Karben4 Brewing (3698 Kinsman Blvd)

    • Starkweather Brewing (2439 Atwood Ave)

    • Vintage Brewing Co. (674 S Whitney Way)

    • Working Draft Beer Company (1129 E Wilson St)

Hot tip: We think you should get in line early at Delta Beer Lab on Sunday, May 4th to snag your tickets! The line starts forming around 6:00 AM, wristbands are handed out at 7:00 AM, and the first few in line get early access to the taproom.
Enjoy beer, cocktails, wine, non-alcoholic options, and tasty eats from LT’s Aloha Wagon Food Truck. Plus — an exclusive treat for GTMW ticket seekers — Bloody Marys and Mimosas will be available while supplies last!

Happy tasting!

Say Cheese: Little Cloud Restaurant Brings Big Flavor

Heads up, foodies — there's a new cloud in town, and it’s raining cheese.

Little Cloud Restaurant, the fresh new concept from Seven Acre Dairy Co., is a reimagining of the Kitchen at Seven Acre — and it’s about to sweep you off your feet. Inspired by Landmark Creamery’s award-winning sheep’s cheese, Petit Nuage (French for "Little Cloud" — and also a fancy way of saying utter elation), this spot is pure dairy bliss.

Churning up the magic, Michelin-trained Chef Ben Serum and cheesemaker extraordinaire Anna Landmark, whipping up dreamy dishes built around @landmark_creamery’s top-tier cheeses and small-batch butters. Think mascarpone, quark, cultured creams, flavored butters — basically, a dairy lover’s daydream come true.

Little Cloud (@littlecloudrestaurant) is open for dinner 4 pm - 8pm Sunday, Wednesdays & Thursdays, and you can brunch like you mean it from 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday & Sunday.

Follow @littlecloudrestaurant to keep up with the latest menus, butter creations, and reasons to bliss out.

Reservations recommended. Book here.
